- Do you deliver across Lagos?
- Yes. Everything is made in Lagos and delivered to your door, anywhere in Lagos, usually within 3–5 working days.
- How much does a custom photo frame cost?
- Custom frames start at ₦7,500, in six sizes from 5×7 up to 16×24 inches, in oak, black or white with an optional mat.
- How much does a photobook cost?
- Photobooks start at ₦52,000 for a 20-page book, with hardcover and lay-flat covers in regular or mini sizes; add more pages in pairs.
- How do I design my frame or photobook?
- You design it yourself online in minutes — upload your photos, crop and arrange them in our editor, add captions, pick your style, and see exactly how it will look before you pay. No shop visits and no back-and-forth on WhatsApp.
- How do I pay, and is it secure?
- Orders are prepaid. You can pay securely by card or bank transfer through Paystack, and you get an order reference to track it all the way to your door.
- What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
- We remake it free. If a print arrives wrong or damaged, message us and we redo and redeliver it at no extra cost.
